The Modalities

Every session draws from Zachary's full range of training. These are not separate add-ons — they are woven together in real time as your body responds.

Neuromuscular Therapy

NMT is an advanced clinical technique that addresses the relationship between the nervous system and musculoskeletal function. Zachary works directly with trigger points, nerve compression, and muscular imbalances to locate the source of pain — not just the site.

This approach is particularly effective for chronic pain, postural dysfunction, repetitive strain, and tension headaches.

🌊

Craniosacral Therapy

CST works with the subtle rhythm of cerebrospinal fluid as it flows through the craniosacral system — from the skull to the base of the spine. Using a very light touch, Zachary facilitates the release of deep restrictions in this system.

Clients often experience profound relaxation, reduced anxiety, and resolution of long-standing tension patterns.

Gentle · Profound
🔥

Deep Tissue Massage

Deliberate, layered pressure applied slowly to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia. Unlike aggressive work that forces muscles, Zachary's deep tissue approach works with the tissue — using sustained pressure to dissolve adhesions and restore mobility.

This is especially valuable for athletes, those recovering from injury, or anyone with persistent muscular restriction.

Restorative · Structural

Reiki Energy Work

Reiki is a form of energy healing that promotes balance, relaxation, and the body's natural healing processes. Zachary integrates Reiki fluidly throughout bodywork sessions, using it to complement and deepen the physical work.

Many clients report a sense of deep peace, emotional release, and clarity following sessions that include Reiki.

FAQ

Do I need to undress?

Most bodywork is performed with clients undraped to the level of their comfort, with proper draping maintained throughout. Zachary will always respect your boundaries and preferences.

Is there parking available?

Yes — there is free parking available at 2209 Coffee Rd, Suite M, Modesto. The suite is easy to find once you arrive at the complex.

How often should I come in?

It depends on your goals. For chronic pain or rehabilitation, weekly or bi-weekly sessions are often recommended initially. For maintenance and wellness, once or twice a month is common.

What should I wear / bring?

Just yourself. Arrive a few minutes early for your first session. Avoid heavy meals right before. Wear comfortable clothing you can easily remove and redress in.

Is NMT different from regular massage?

Yes. Neuromuscular therapy is a clinical approach that works with the nervous system to address the root cause of muscle pain and dysfunction — not just surface relaxation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please contact Zachary directly at (209) 450-5296 or via email if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on notice given.

Do you accept insurance?

Currently sessions are offered as private pay only. Zachary can provide receipts for sessions which some clients submit to HSA/FSA accounts or insurance for potential reimbursement.

Can I book for someone else as a gift?

Absolutely. Contact Zachary directly at (209) 450-5296 to arrange a gift session or gift certificate. Seasonal specials (like Mother's Day) are offered periodically as well.
